We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We don't currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarders, or international destinations.

USPS shipments can be delivered to PO Boxes. Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx need a physical street address, since those carriers generally don't deliver to PO Boxes.

Orders placed before 8:00 AM Central Time on a business day are typically processed the same day; later or weekend orders go out the next business day. Once your order ships, we email a tracking number — allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

Payment instructions are provided after checkout and shown on your confirmation screen and in a follow-up email.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships — email support@summuxvr.com with your order number. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we don't accept returns, since we can't verify cold-chain integrity after that point. Refunds after shipment are limited to verified non-delivery, wrong product, or transit damage; see our Return & Refund Policy for reporting windows and details.

Our public COA library isn't live yet. If you need a certificate of analysis for a specific order, email support@summuxvr.com with your order number and we'll send the batch report.

No. We don't provide guidance on reconstitution, dosing, administration, or any other use in a living organism, and we can't answer questions along those lines. This is a strict research-use-only policy, not a support limitation we can make exceptions to.
